I have requested them to pick up there tank in oct of 2018 they did not pick it up for a few month i told them i need that spot now i keep getting bills from them it now is over 800 buck they need to stop sending me bills i have told them many of time i will charge them for that spot so now i will have to send them a bill for 75 buck a month for now picking it up and finance charge like they are doing
I have recently replaced all of my appliances locally with Bauers gas and appliances. Being a disabled veteran I figured a local business would stand behind their appliances if I had any problems. Boy was I wrong!! I have put in 3 over the phone requests and even went into the office. Its been 6 weeks now and I guess I'm on my own to deal with Bauers problem. Worst decision I ever made was to get it locally.
The owners (Bauers) always take care of my needs. But, their personnel in the office seem indifferent to customers. Recently here, a young male employee and a female employee socialized with each other while I waited for them to finish amusing each other. I was about to leave, when one of the Bauers came in, greeted me, and proceeded to help me. My family has shopped here a long time, but lately I'm disappointed.
oh my goodness, I am sorry to hear you are unsatisfied. I just happened upon this. We have been doing business for years with Bauer's Gas and have always had wonderful service. I personally and when working for the poor through St. Vincent de Paul.
This is one of the WORST companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with !! The Rudest people over the phone, not to mention being up on. Flat out lying, and absolutely NO customer service. I'll never do business with Bauer's LP Gas, and will recommend to everyone I can never to either.
