Kevin J. Barnes, Esquire, holds a Master of Laws in Taxation, a Juris Doctorate, and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He is licensed to practice before the New Jersey Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Barnes is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. In addition to his practice of law, he is an adjunct professor of Business Law and Economics.
