Chicken was cool and possibly left-over from night before, fish was overcooked, eggs benedict was so hard on the bottom we couldn't cut it with a knife, cooked-to-order omelette was ok. Cook/chef brought out more ribs, dropped the tongs on the floor and then put the tongs back on the fresh ribs. I do believe that's a health code violation. We won't be going back for the buffet!
